Aaron Philips![]() is the creator and artistic director of the IAC. A Filmmaker, Actor, Director, Musician, Writer, and Educator specializing in marine biology, he currently lives in Juneau, Alaska, filming and teaching people about humpback whales and other aquatic life. He has worked professionally in Chicago and Iowa City as an actor, playwright and storyteller. He plays the Tuba and Ukulele. |
Andre LeBleuis a world renowned Naturalist from the Alsace region of France. Among many others, he has studied king squid in the Mediterranean, Coral Reefs in the Maldives, and Vaquitas in the sea of Cortez. He has been filming "Frigid Waters", an educational nature web-series, in the Alaskan Southeast and Southcentral region since October of 2007. Little is known about Andre's personal life. |
Albert Gilsteinis a journalist from Chicago. Now living in Alaska, he writes free-lance for online consumer-based web entities. He is currently working on a self-help book series tentatively titled "The Corrosion of Existence", about the impending robotic enslavement of mankind. Albert is one of the IAC Podcast narrators and is a pessimist. |
Clive O'Connoris a working free-lance environmental consultant from Chicago, currently affiliated with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). He is the managing director of the IAC, as well as a narrator on the podcast. Clive lives in Indian, Alaska with his roommates, Albert and Ralph. |
Ralph Bergeris a short order fry cook from Iowa City, Iowa. He now lives in Alaska and works at the Sitzmark Bar and grill in Girdwood. Ralph is the Technical Director of the IAC, as well as IT manager, head mechanic, Director of symbiotic human-computer relations, and a narrator for the podcast. When not working, Ralph enjoys fishing for salmon and halibut in Prince William Sound. |
Sergei Onerkais the Audio Technician and Fisherman for The IAC. Originally from Ostrov Vaygach, in the North Russian Sea, Sergei emigrated to the US in 1990. Since then, he has been working at a Sockeye Salmon hatchery in the interior of Alaska fertilizing eggs. Sergei plays tuba in an alternative metal band called "Padeshdi Minutu" and enjoys Vodka, but dislikes Peavey equipment. |
Purple Reynoldsis a cameraman and visual consultant for the IAC. Originally from Ft. Worth, Texas, he now lives in Juneau, Alaska and works in marine tourism. He enjoys satire and swimming with bowlegged women. |
